Cover: Immunofluorescence/differential interference contrast (DIC) composite image of a lens epithelial cell (LEC) transfected with L-chain ferritin. L-chain ferritin is more resistant to lysosomal degradation than H-ferritin, thus resulting in the accumulation of L-rich ferritin in cytoplasmic inclusion bodies (green structures). Nontransfected aging LEC also accumulate similar L-ferritin-labeled structures. Please see Goralska et al. on page 3521 of this issue.
