About the Cover
Cover: Composite image of a spotted cDNA microarray of the mouse SMCmou6600A chip hybridized with the RNA from the mouse lacrimal gland after acute corneal injury. The RNA with the corneal injury was labeled with Cy5 (red) and the control RNA was labeled with Cy3 (green). Both Cy3- and Cy5-labeled RNAs were hybridized together on the chip. This image shows a typical output of two-color hybridization with a combinational color of Cy3 and Cy5 in proportion to the intensity of each dye. See Fang et al. on page 461 of this issue.
