About the Cover
Cover: Fluorescent micrograph depicting nuclear translocation of the transcription factor NFκB in retinal astrocytes exposed to elevated hydrostatic pressure in vitro. Following exposure to 70 mm Hg pressure for 8 hours, primary cultures of retinal astrocytes were immunolabeled against the p65 subunit of NFκB (green) and counterstained with the nuclear label DAPI (blue).
