Color Charge Reduced
As of January 1, 2003, the cost of printing color images in IOVS articles has been reduced from $800 to $500 per page. (See the updated PDF version of the Color Charge Approval Form.)

IOVS launches its
Online Manuscript Submission and Peer Review System

Beginning June 3, authors may submit NEW manuscripts online at http://iovs.manuscriptcentral.com. Instructions for submitting are available on the IOVS website (http://www.iovs.org/misc/author.shtml) as well as at http://iovs.manuscriptcentral.com. All authors are encouraged to use the online system, as paper submissions of new manuscripts will not be accepted after December 31, 2002.
*Please note: Revisions of manuscripts that were originally submitted on paper should NOT be submitted online. Instructions for submitting revisions will be included in the decision letters.
IOVS TO LAUNCH ONLINE SUBMISSION
Soon, submitting to IOVS will be just a few mouse clicks away. IOVS will sponsor the IOVS Online Submission Workshop in preparation for the launch of their new system this summer. IOVS authors, reviewers, and editorial board members should plan to attend the workshop on

Color Charge Reduced!
As of January 1, 2002, the cost of printing color images in IOVS articles has been reduced from $1200 to $800 per page. (See the updated PDF version of the Color Charge Approval Form.) The new price applies to articles accepted on or after January 1, 2002.
Announcement to Authors
Manuscripts submitted to IOVS after July 1, 2000,
and subsequently accepted for publication are subject to a
$60 per page charge for the first eight (8) pages
and $150 per page thereafter.
